With these compact pasteurizers, it is possible to pasteurize milk and produce cheese, ricotta, and yogurt. Suitable for heating up to 90°C.
Operating Principle:
The device operates on the “water bath” (bain-marie) principle. It consists of an outer tank where water is used for heat transfer and an inner tank for the milk.
Heating is performed by an electric heater located inside the water jacket. Cooling is achieved by circulating running water through the water bath.
A thermostat allows the milk to reach the required temperature and maintain it indefinitely. The lid features an agitator unit and an analog milk thermometer.
