With these mini-dairy units, it is possible to pasteurize milk and produce cheeses and yogurt. Suitable for heating up to 96°C and cooling down to 25-30°C (lower temperatures can be achieved by connecting an external chilled water generator).
Description: The basin is formed by a triple wall made of stainless steel. The outer gap contains thermal insulation, while the internal space (honeycomb type) is filled with water used for heating and cooling processes. Heating is performed via electric resistance. Cooling occurs indirectly using running water through a heat exchanger.
The Long-term Pasteurization Vat (VDP) is a unit designed for the thermal treatment of milk. It reduces harmful microflora to acceptable levels while maximizing the preservation of the raw material’s composition and organoleptic characteristics.
The internal tank is made entirely of food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. The vessel can be used to pasteurize milk, prepare curd, cheese grains (soft cheese varieties), and other products. Cooling occurs in the same vessel down to the temperature of the water passed through the water jacket between the walls. The unit features a polyurethane foam insulation layer between the inner tank and the outer casing.
